Privacy Policy
Welsford Consulting LLC adheres to the most stringent standards of data privacy including but not limited to HIPAA, the EU GDPR, PIPEDA and the CCCPA and will not sell, lend or otherwise monetize any customer PII (Personally Identifiable Information) data at any time and will only share deidentified data with the express, specific permission of the customer.  Customer data will not be licensed for product development including AI model training or validation.  Data is stored in a cybersecure environment compliant to 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and other globally applicable standards and customers always retain the right to permanently delete their data -PII or deidentified-  upon request.
